In this role, you will:
we are looking for 8-10 years overall experience with 4+ relevant years required.
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Well versed in Workforce related activities, tracking, reporting and analyzing of discrepancies
Should be able to manage, report and analyze end-to-end Lifecycle of resources i.e., JML-Joiners, Movers, Leavers
Collate, Analyze and Assist in tracking approval for hiring and the subsequent flow in Workday
Should be able to do quantitative analysis on some/all aspects of resource management
Should be able to produce simple and medium complex reports using tools like Sharepoint & MS BI
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance by doing Metrics Measurement
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of Workforce principals to interpret and collate raw data
Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives/focus areas
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff in Workforce team within the group.
Required Qualifications, International:
- Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
