In this role, you will:

  • Consult with business line and enterprise functions on less complex research
  • Use functional knowledge to assist in non-model quantitative tools that support strategic decision making
  • Perform analysis of findings and trends using statistical analysis and document process
  • Present recommendations to increase revenue, reduce expense, maximize operational efficiency, quality, and compliance
  • Identify and define business requirements and translate data and business needs into research and recommendations to improve efficiency
  • Participate in all group technology efforts including design and implementation of database structures, analytics software, storage, and processing
  • Develop customized reports and ad hoc analyses to make recommendations and provide guidance to less experienced staff
  • Understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
  • Ensure adherence to data management or data governance regulations and policies
  • Participate in company initiatives or processes to assist in meeting risk and capital objectives and other strategic goals
  • Collaborate and consult with more experienced consultants and with partners in technology and other business groups


Required Qualifications, International:

  • Experience in Analytics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with workforce management software/tools- eWFM or Verint preferred. Especially for updating and refining forecasting inputs on an ongoing basis.
  • Experience working with Erlang based statistical models and regression-based models


Job Expectations:

  • This role is a key part of us meeting daily SLAs and requires an immense amount of regular and ongoing communication, including the ability to speak up and raise their hand in weekly meetings with ICC executive and business leaders.
    This Capacity planning role is the most critical role to ensuring we are planning staffing levels for the Brokerage Services team in addition to the support of the Investment Resource Center and Digital and Automated Investing teams, which has been instrumental for the contact center teams to ensure meeting daily SLAs.
  • The Analytic Consultant in this role owns the following responsibilities:
    • Creates volume and capacity plans within sophisticated excel models
    • Facilitate constant coordination and communication between internal recruiting, recruiting Agencies, leadership, L&D and business initiatives team
    • Lead Monthly Performance Planning Meetings (MPP), all updates and follow-ups, including updates to Contact Center Executive and his directs
    • Collaborate with Finance as an input to our staffing cost and yearly budget
    • Lead the business impact analysis in support of the Target Operating Models and changes
    • Lead the data analysis on metrics to reduce process variation; modeling for ongoing business initiatives, mailings and letters to ensure accurate and timely on phone staff to ensure optimal client wait times.
    • Own business improvement analysis and modeling e.g. Client Affluent modeling; Mailing impacts, account growth impacts, BVA model expansion, hours of operation change etc.
