Wells Fargo Auto is seeking an Analytics Senior Manager to play a critical role in helping transforming Auto Sales and Operations. In this role, you will:

Develop and execute business strategies that will improve sales effectiveness, dealer penetration and operating efficiency for Auto Originations

Develop, test, analyze and implement ideas to achieve stated objective
-
Work closely with cross functional team (Tech, Product, Risk, Operations) to drive impact on a given product, problem, or initiative.
-
Be responsible for ensuring all key regulatory and business requirements are met effectively for all implemented ideas.

Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals including senior leadership to predict current and future needs and achieve consistent application of definitions, measurements, and interpretation.

Lead a team of direct reports as well as cross functional resources.

Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
Required Qualifications :
-
6+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

3+ years of management experience
