Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Manager...
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of individual contributors in planning, coordinating, and executing data research projects or results oriented intelligence that supports line of business or companywide business objectives
- Identify and recommend strategies for developing and utilizing technical or analytic resources to enable initiatives that predict, improve, support, and measure business success
- Interpret and develop strategies that maximize profits or asset growth and minimize credit losses, operating losses and other risk exposures
- Ensure adherence to data management and data governance regulations, and policies and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and multiple level managers to ensure effective consultation and recommendations based on data analysis
- Provide leadership to the department in the identification and development of innovative research concepts and designs
- Work with clients to define issues and information needs and translate them into specific data and technical requirements to support business initiatives and projects
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

· Manage daily operational execution for data governance, data quality or metadata
· Evaluate, recommend, and implement strategies for developing and ensuring adherence to a data integrity governance framework
· Manage the research and data quality strategies within a business group or functional area
· Develop strategies to prioritize and remediate data quality issues that align with business needs or regulatory compliance initiatives
· Recommend and execute the development of audits and controls structured around business processes and data quality target state and metadata standards
· Manage individuals and matrixed teams focused on defining data quality requirements and delivering on data integrity initiatives
· Manage operational execution of activities related to all stages of the remediation lifecycle
· Direct team in developing solutions, tools and processes used to maintain a common, companywide data quality, control standards and data sourcing
· Partner with other leaders across the firm to ensure consistent approach and direction on companywide remediation efforts
· Serve as single point of contact or escalation on low to medium priority issues
· Manage allocation of people and financial resources
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent. - 12+ years of total experience, spread across Operations, technology, change management, Data Management, Product management & support product owners, Business Analysis or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- SQL / SQL DB, JIra, Agile working experience
- Prioritization and ability to run SCRUM meetings
- Risk and Control focused & managed lead audit action remediations
- Understanding of Wholesale banking or Commercial banking is a must
- Lead and delivered Transformation and automation projects (involving OCR, RPA/ robotics / Alteryx & powerbi)
- Deployed new tolls / applications.
- Experienced in leading multiple projects and a team of BA with technical and functional knowledge
- Budget planing and execution
- 5+ years of Leadership experience
