About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant.


In this role, you will:

  • Conduct analyses of user behavior, key conversion paths, engagement metrics and campaign performance
  • Enforce and establish best practices related to data quality and governance (tag maps & campaign matrices)
  • Analyze website and app data to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement related to our analytic products
  • Develop ad-hoc reporting to address specific business questions or concerns
  • Monitoring campaign data elements using data quality reports and troubleshooting issues/ errors containing RCA, remediation process, status updates to all parties involved and thorough documentation
  • Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to enhance data tracking capabilities and implement recommended changes
  • Create visually appealing and easy to understand dashboards to communicate key metrics ensuring understanding for both technical and non-technical users


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Analytics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Customer & Marketing datasets. Understanding of Customer Behavioral, foundational & traits data.
  • Good understanding of Campaign Lifecycle and familiarity with MarTech platforms like Adobe Experience Platform, UNICA etc.
  • SQL/SAS coding experience
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Experience in gathering, analyzing and interpreting large datasets
  • Ability to identify in efficiencies and opportunities to improve the process
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex topics in an easy to understand manner
  • Proven experience in web analytics with a focus on data analysis, troubleshooting & interpretation
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and HTML scripting
  • Experience with workflow tools JIRA, Aprimo or similar project management tools
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness and aptitude for learning with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
