Senior Business Accountability Specialist - Business Continuity Planning

About this role:

As part of India BCP Team, this role will perform business continuity oversight of all business unit plans across technology CIO groups to ensure compliance with EBCRP requirements. It includes consulting, oversight of exercise and maintenance tasks, monitoring of Business Continuity Planning metrics reporting, audit engagement and any other activities supporting Enterprise Business Resiliency framework requirements.


In this role, you will be:

  • Planning, Monitoring and Oversight of the Wells Fargo Business Continuity (BC) Framework for Wells Fargo Technology India and Philippines (I&P)
  • Working with relevant stakeholders within Technology line of businesses India and Philippines to drive and maintain key BCP metrics
  • Overseeing the Transitions from onshore location to I&P, validating BCP information and assign Exercise and Maintenance records in the BC Plans as appropriate
  • Connect with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information during crisis incidents
  • Facilitate Walkthrough and Simulation exercises for I&P Technology Line of Businesses
  • Handle Trainings and awareness for the respective line of businesses in I&P Technology
  • Support for coordination of Data center and Infrastructure BCP Exercises


Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience 6+ years of business continuity planning experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) procedures/solutions
  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to coordinate, lead and facilitate group meetings

Desired Qualifications:

  • BCP related certifications like ISO 22301, CBCI, MBCI etc.
  • Expert Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Business Operations
  • Knowledge on Disaster Recovery
  • Project management experience

  • Ability to work outside of regular business hour
