Department Overview
The Human Resources and Learning team within the Shared Services department addresses the various needs of the organization by efficiently and effectively delivering HR services, nurturing diverse talent for the company's long-term success.

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Facilitator who will deliver standard training material for a defined number of courses with one or more components (e.g., new-hire, refresher, process, product or systems, customer experience skills) to a consistent audience through directive teaching methods to help individual contributors and managers develop crucial job skills. Uses expanding knowledge of general learning and development (L&D) programs to understand the interconnectivity and business impact of various solutions. Provides one on one or group coaching to assist in the learning of new skills.  Supports peers and assists with project management. May recommend modifications to instructional designers to keep course content current and to enhance L&D programs, resources, and tools.


In this role, you will:

  • Deliver standard training material of courses with one or more components (e.g., new-hire, refresher, process, product or systems, and customer experience skills) to an audience through directive teaching methods to help individual contributors and managers develop crucial job skills
  • Provide one on one or group coaching to assist in learning of new skills
  • Support peers and assist with initiatives and implementation
  • Provide direction and support with various level business leaders on functional learning strategy
  • Use knowledge of general learning and development programs to understand the interconnectivity and business impact of various solutions
  • Recommend modifications to instructional designers to keep course content current and to enhance programs, resources and tools
  • Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
  • Interact with immediate team and functional area on a wide range of information, as well as internal and external customers


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Learning and Development Facilitation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have completed at least 2 years of college education.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in training delivery, training facilitation, or a combination of both; Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High verbal, written, and comprehension English language proficiency as well as facilitation in front of a small group. Prior experience with training/adult learning and facilitation is necessary.


Job Expectations:

  • Candidate must be willing to work at Taguig (McKinley Hill) or BGC Five Neo office on a late mid-shift / night shift.
