Field Product Support Relationship Manager

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Field Product Support Relationship Manager for the Enterprise Advice and Planning Product Field Integration team to support Commercial and Corporate Investment Banking. The individual will act as a relationship manager to line of business field partners to drive understanding of Advice and Planning products and promote the integration of new tools and resources driving field adoption.  This role will equip field support resources on Advice and Planning product rollouts and ongoing enhancement releases, to support relationship managers and support staff to adopt and integrate in customer experience.  Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.


In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with field support teams and sales teams to integrate the advice framework and optimize advice product solutions integration within the channel.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the business channel's operating model and business structure to enable efficient go to market implementation, buy in, and adoption.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior level leaders and other key decision makers within the various business channels.

  • Facilitate ongoing awareness of initiatives across the organization to drive awareness, readiness, and adopt best practices to promote adoption.

  • Triage escalations and provide timely updates and resolution to key stakeholders.

  • Develop data driven business value proposals to gain stakeholder acceptance.

  • Develop, prioritize and deploy integration strategies, tactics and programs successfully.

  • Monitor utilization results and identify strategies to support the field in driving adoption.

  • Identify needs and/or business gaps that the product portfolio can help resolve to reduce friction in adoption and influence decisions with line of business partners to promote business priorities and outcomes.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 7+ years' experience in field support or relationship management for Commercial or Corporate Investment Banking

  • Strong relationship management, leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, and organizational effectiveness techniques

  • Experience building successful relationships and driving for business results

  • Ability to manage highly complex issues and negotiate solutions across business lines

  • Proven ability to quickly learn and apply significant business processes consistently at scale

  • Experience with instructional design and training delivery

  • Demonstrated proficiency at creating presentations in PowerPoint and presenting to executives and executive committees

  • Experience working CRM Tools, such as Salesforce
