About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Loan Documentation Processor.


In this role, you will:

  • Support the Loan Documentation team in reviewing, documenting, closing, and disbursing loans
  • Review the most complex legal, appraisal, and title information
  • Prepare loan documentation, coordinate loan closings, and initiate loan disbursements
  • Monitor the loan disbursement process
  • Perform or guide others on complex loans that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
  • Ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures
  • Identify and mitigate Loan Documentation risks in accomplishing business goals
  • Prioritize work and provide day to day work leadership and mentorship to the Loan Documentation team
  • Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to the immediate Loan Documentation team on generating loans, as well as technical and legal guidance within matters related to loan documentation


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
