In this role, you will:

  • Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues under direction of management
  • Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate workflow, assignments, or distribution
  • Supervise and coach entry to mid-level roles in transactional and tactical tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance
  • Collaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Data Management
  • Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Data Management, Business Research, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ years of Leadership experience
