About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Trading Enablement Assistant on the Wealth Portfolio Implementation Team within Wealth & Investment Management Operations.

This team proactively manages the cash needs for trust and investment accounts by utilizing the Wells Fargo Investment Institute's best ideas. They currently serve about 17,000 clients with about $13 billion under management.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide understanding of fundamental and technical objectives affecting the market to support customer needs

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development

  • Provide training and work direction to peers

  • Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives

  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Interact with internal customers

  • Receive direction from leaders

  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Rebalancing accounts and raising cash on accounts, taking in client considerations such as tax sensitivity and liquidity needs

  • Works closely with the Portfolio Managers, investment partners and Wells Fargo Investment Insititute

  • Will initially spend time learning the trading models and how to effectively manage portfolios

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Trading Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Portfolio management/rebalancing/trading experience

  • Experience in coaching individuals for personal and professional growth

  • Experience in training traders in strategies and market analysis

  • Able to work independently and collaborate to effectively implement trading solutions

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
