About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an innovative, dynamic, strategic and creative talent marketer with a deep knowledge and passion for attracting and engaging talent. In this role, you will manage a team across India & the Philippines responsible for consulting with Talent Acquisition Delivery Leaders to help support their hiring needs across Wells Fargo’s global footprint with comprehensive attraction and engagement initiatives. This role will drive the planning, development and execution of talent marketing, channel management and other strategies required to ensure we are positioned to attract, engage and acquire talent.
In this role, you will:
- Support the global Talent Acquisition Team in the execution of various global programs and initiatives designed to attract and engage talent
- Manage the creation and execution of strategic, multi-channel global recruitment marketing campaigns to target business, functional, and geographic talent needs
- Develop, plan and execute an innovative and comprehensive digital and social attraction strategy
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns to attract specific talent segments including early talent, ethnically/racially diverse, people with disabilities, women, military and other diverse populations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide recommendations for areas of improvement and take on initiatives to implement change through project management
- Monitor performance of programs/initiatives/utilization and ROI through data, reporting and dashboards and implement improvement plans/address issues in a timely manner
- Partner with our third-party vendors to provide strategic guidance, reporting, benchmarking and job board management.
- Research and leverage industry best practices and trends to support initiatives and plans.
- Proactively seek out new technologies and sourcing tools that will support our recruitment teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years Leadership experience

- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent attraction and engagement.
- Strategic talent marketing experience developing integrated campaigns using multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills to capture and analyze appropriate data to determine ROI and trends.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
