Senior Software Engineer, Salesforce

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with business and technology groups to help define and realize the Consumer CRM vision
  • Act in the highest level technical role as a lead engineer as well as individual contributor for the most complex computer applications and projects
  • Exercise solid understanding of industry proven design patterns and expert level understanding of distributed application architectures
  • Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices
  • Drive detailed technical design and perform design reviews
  • Partner with key stakeholders to create solutions design approach and lead the implementation with an agile and engineering mindset, with relentless focus on quality and timely delivery
  • Influence developers and leadership to establish, develop, deliver and maintain all aspects of applications framework
  • Drive Technology SLA and performance management by working closely with internal as well as third party strategic partners
  • Challenge status quo and be a change agent to drive implementation of technology solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of programming experience with emphasis in Web application development
  • 3+ years of development experience in Salesforce platform, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Component (LWC), Lightning Design System and other technologies to build customized solutions

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce declarative customization like Workflow rules, Process builder, Flows etc..
  • 2+ years of experience with integrations with tools like Mule soft, Informatica
  • 2 + years of experience with development tools like VS Code, GIT, Jenkins etc.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification
  • Salesforce Platform Developer Certification (PDI or PDII)
  • Experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) 
  • Strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills and the ability to complete assigned work with minimal instruction and supervision
  • Experience in Financial Industry

Posting Statement:

  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours on occasion as needed

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 - $179,200.00
