Lead Business Execution Consultant HR Operations

About this role:

The Wells Fargo HR Operations team is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to help drive the evolution of our delivery model, processes and technology.  In this role you will own and manage a portfolio of HR Operations projects and initiatives, partner with business leaders to redesign processes and utilize data and analytics to improve the employee and manager experience.   


In this role, you will:

  • Lead a variety of assigned projects and programs in HR Service Delivery to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives. 
  • Identify and lead initiatives related to process improvement and HR service optimization.
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Analyze business problems, document and recommend solutions
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management on matters of significance regarding strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance or improvement
  • Use data to tell the story, identify and address opportunities within the process. 
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of Workday experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with HR process design and product management
  • Experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module
  • Experience with Workday HCM
  • Experience with Service Delivery operations
  • Process design experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Solid critical thinking skills
  • Operational knowledge of HR tools, processes, workflows
  • Understanding of HR or similar tools and technology to support, drive and leverage emerging technology trends.
  • Experience completing industry research and using the information to develop and recommend approach for WF businesses

  • Willingness to work on-site at one of the posted locations

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
