The Digital Capabilities group leads product development for core shared services across access and authorization, customer communication tools, and front-end enablement. We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Product Management Senior Manager to help enable our access and authorization strategy and roadmap. As a seasoned product manager leader, you will help establish clear business outcomes that support our customer journeys.


In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop teams of digital professionals, supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional area
  • Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line and may have impact beyond the business line
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of the team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managers
  • Interact directly with external customers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
  • Act as a top subject matter expert and lead a digital product management team for customer access and authorization capabilities within the digital environment
  • Work with key partners to ensure close alignment on roadmap, prioritization, and sequencing of enhancements to our channel capabilities
  • Enable solutions that are long-term, large-scale, broad-reaching, and deliver best-in-class access and authorization capabilities via advanced access control mechanisms, innovative authentication methods, progressive profiling, and a unified identity experience
  • Coordinate highly complex activities which require in-depth knowledge of customer identity and access management, authentication, and user-level entitlements
  • Be responsible for managing and continuing to build out a team of skilled product managers and product owners leading agile scrum teams at scale
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 6+ years of leadership/management experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans
  • Experience leading efforts that require integration of multiple technology systems, operations, or customer service processes
  • Strong knowledge of CIAM principles, methodology, and technologies such as SSO, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, JWT, OIDC, MFA
  • Previous experience and knowledge with related 3rd party CIAM solutions and platform
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts or scenarios to both technical and non-technical audiences
