About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Taking impactful features from idea to implementation
  • Working with stakeholders to help refine requirements and develop to those requirements
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM based on industry best practices as well as business needs
  • Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions
  • Interface with business analysts and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work products
  • Must have at least 7 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM development experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Extensive hands on experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 online & on-premise
  • Good experience in HTML 5 and good grip on any one JavaScript framework and Javascript programming.
  • Should be proficient in Customization, configuration and extending in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Should have hands-on experience on writing automated unit test cases for custom .NET code implemented as part of extending Dynamics CRM functionality
  • Possess good understanding of any one of sales, marketing and customer service modules.
  • Should have hands-on experience in using and managing source code through code repo (Git)
  • Should have knowledge on Azure DevOps (build and release pipelines) used for CI/CD process as part of Dynamics CRM implementation
  • Candidate should be able to perform requirement analysis and do a fit gap with OOB functionality.
  • Should have good experience in designing & developing plugins, workflows, custom actions, custom workflow activities, FetchXML based SSRS reports, business process flows & client side scripts.
  • Participate in design, code reviews, project planning and estimation.
  • Knowledge in power platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Canvas Apps, PCF Controls)
  • Experience in Banking domain is a plus
