About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Lead (Lead Business Execution Consultant) in Technology as part of the Chief Technology Office (CTO). The delivery lead will partner with a product team to facilitate product delivery. This lead will be supporting the product teams in delivering value, understanding, working through dependencies, impediments, risks across the various product teams to enhance transparency and foster team empowerment. Helping to create trusted relationships across these three levels so that the teams can deliver effectively together. Delivery leads partner across the product to help teams evolve into a sustainable state.
The lead will also have the opportunity to support product managers and product teams in connecting the activities needed to bring the product from ideation to market. Including, understanding a release's leading and lagging indicators to partner with the team and provide active thought leadership focused on continuous improvement. Assisting the product manager with gaining transparency to risks, dependencies, and impediments within and outside the product.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and partner with product managers to support product (L3) delivery with an Agile, product, and modern-engineering mindset
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience participating in teams in an Agile framework setting
- 5+ years of experience leading large planning efforts across multiple product teams
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results driven environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important while influencing decisions within the business function
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Persuasive communication skills with comfort in speaking with business stakeholders
- Effective in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, trust
- Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures applying Agile framework within an Infrastructure focused role
- Experience in backlog development (e.g., prioritization and grooming, authoring stories)
- Knowledge and understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a large enterprise Infrastructure environment
- Experience in applying Product Operating Model concepts in a large enterprise Infrastructure environment
- Proven hands-on technical experience in an enterprise Infrastructure environment (e.g., Compute, Storage, Mainframe, Midrange, etc.)
- Knowledge and understanding of modern Infrastructure technology concepts, especially including modern technology architectures and emerging technologies (such as GPU computing)
- Knowledge and understanding of various internal roles (both business and technology) and how they interact with their product
- Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from technology, design, and business
- Effective problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress
- Strategic thinker capable of envisioning the future of the product
- Experience providing insights and information regarding outside impacts to the product manager in preparation for product (L3) ceremonies

- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to travel 20%

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
