Wells Fargo is looking for a self-starting and driven Analyst to join the Commercial Distribution Finance team. The role involves providing support for all phases of the Vendor program governance & reporting. Responsibilities include maintaining proactive links with first and second-line teams across EMEA and USA, conducting portfolio analysis, and collaborating with Vendor Underwriters and Second Line Independent Risk Management to ensure compliance with relevant policies & procedures. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Adherence to Financial Statement reporting process management.
File Condition management reporting & execution co-ordination.
Updating and maintenance of System of Record for all Vendor related information with Underwriter co-ordination.
Preparation of monthly portfolio reporting that includes adjacency reporting, operating condition testing, Vendor underwriting policy reporting.
Program recourse utilization reporting co-ordination with USA Portfolio Managers.
Co-ordination with FSR Field Auditors to communicate program parameters they require to execute on audit activity.
Vendor program exposure calculation and reporting, including accurate maintenance of limits in System of Record.

Required Qualifications:
Experience in Credit Portfolio Consulting, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Self-starter with strong ownership for meeting deadlines.
Able to articulate business risks, portfolio risks and present options / recommendations for resolution.
Able to develop strong cross functional relationships with commercial and second line IRM.
Knowledge of Working Capital Finance products, particularly AR factoring.
First class Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders, including senior CDF management.
Exposure to credit underwriting a plus.
Experience with CDF internal systems also highly desired.
Degree educated, demonstrable credit risk experience, preferably within Portfolio Management.
