About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager. The Digital for Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking group manages customer-facing digital channels, experiences, and capabilities serving Commercial, Corporate & Investment Banking customers. The Lead Digital Product Manager will serve as a product owner and subject-matter expert responsible for managing the digital capabilities entitlement strategy and roadmap development of a new target state entitlement model for supporting our Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Digital
customers. The role will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to make ideas a reality and bring life to a product by implementing the vision and direction set forth in the product roadmap. As a
seasoned product manager, you will help establish clear business outcomes that support our target state administration and entitlement journeys.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning
- Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
- Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Proven knowledge of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) processes, framework, policies and systems
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading efforts that require integration of multiple technology systems, operations, or customer service processes
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
•Previous product management experience in the following areas:
-Portal administration and entitlement capabilities, such as customer identity access management
-Customer enrollment systems
-Product management experience with web UI frameworks and design systems, web application development and SaaS web platforms
-Launching and scaling new products or product enhancements within an Agile framework
•Previous experience launching and scaling new products or product enhancements within an Agile framework
• Previous experience with related vendor solutions such as Ping Identity a plus

Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and
technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
• Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
• Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant
impact
• Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise Serve as an expert advisor to leadership in any of the following areas: access and
authorization, collaboration and communication, and front-end enablers
•Define features and requirements as part of the overall Digital Capabilities roadmap in an Agile framework
