In this role, you will:
- Support Fiduciary Administrators with account administration
- Provide client service and address client inquiries
- Participate in business development activities
- Execute daily transactions and controls and monitors the maintenance of records and files within company policies and guidelines
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Research and resolve routine operational issues related to moderately complex accounts
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of administrative or sales support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Knowledge and understanding of estate, trust, or fiduciary administration
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with the following applications: SEI trust system, Trust Money Movement
