About this role:
The DMI Business Solutions team is seeking a Data Product Management Lead Consultant. This Lead level individual contributor will report to the Business Solutions Data Product Director.
This team drives transformation success across Data Management & Insights (DMI) service lines, CAO businesses, and their respective service customers and by designing and delivering tooling solutions to enhance user engagement, streamline request intake, support critical Objectives, establish measurement data for Key Results, and optimize the process/risk/control environment. The platforms and tools we leverage include the low code Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, Power BI), the Microsoft 365 Suite (SharePoint, Teams, add-ons, etc.), and the Atlassian suite (Jira Service Management, Jira Work Management, Jira Automation, Confluence, add-ons, etc.), among others.
The Data Product Management Lead Consultant will participate in and provide expert input on new use cases, conduct analysis, provide viable solutions with recommendation, and deliver/coordinate fulfillment of desired capabilities. This role will also be responsible for deliverables related to discovering, refining, and maintaining business solutions/utilities and underlying data products. To achieve this, the role practices product management disciplines, operates with an agile mindset and works closely with the designer leads, the customer, testers, other Consultants, and additional stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
Demonstrate data products and technology thought leadership; develop productive relationships with key data users such as Data Management and Analytics LOB, Business Administration Service Providers, and build strong sponsorship of the strategy and roadmap
Employ modern methodologies of customer discovery, product discovery, product definition, product planning, and agile product delivery
Support activities that develop, refine, and manage the business solutions roadmap to meet potential data users’ business needs using value delivery approach, value-based prioritization, and informed by current and emerging technology trends
Work with technology, architecture, controls, and other functional leaders to develop an effective product delivery engagement and interaction model to facilitate high impact delivery
Develop a deep understanding of the data, analytics, and integration needs of LOB partners to inform the roadmap and architecture design
Act as a catalyst to socialize the business solution capabilities, features, use case studies and other relevant artifacts to advance Data Products value delivery to the enterprise
Support activities that collaborate and coordinate with use case owners and key leaders to deliver on committed strategic objectives
Participate in and provide expert insights into the overall Data Products intake and prioritization process
Ensure key partners are informed by business requirements, including data persistence, transformation, standardization, lineage/ traceability, conformance and analytical reporting needs, and implemented in accordance to committed timelines
Develop, manage and strengthen relationships with key leaders from business and operational areas
Monitor and prioritize execution activities to meet desired delivery timelines
Leverage business relationships to support efforts to determine rationalization of existing solutions and disposition
Assist in creation, modifications and updates to Consultant Playbook to drive consistency across all consultant engagements and messaging
Assist and drive improvements to socialization materials related to Business Solutions offering set for marketability and ease-of-understanding
Prepare Executive-ready presentations that cover a scoped body of work for the customer, status updates, and other materials for recurring and ad-hoc routines

Required Qualifications, US:
5+ years of data product or data management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the following functional areas: data/technology strategy and large/ complex implementations, business technology solutions, data streaming, warehousing, architecture and systems integration, with a clear track record of building innovative, customer-facing capabilities
Customer service focus with the ability to actively listen, elicit information, comprehend customer issues/needs, and recommend solutions
Experience defining, documenting, and implementing business requirements, policies, procedures and processes
Ability to balance short-term value delivery to the business with long-term efficiency and governance objective
Experience with data management best practices and disciplines including data governance, data architecture, data quality, analytics and business intelligence
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to engage and influence senior technology and business executives
Flexible and adaptable; Able to work in ambiguous situations; Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of financial industry compliance requirements
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization; including senior leadership/management
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Intermediate SQL skills
Job Expectations:
This position requires a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00Benefits
