About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate.


In this role, you will:

  • Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
  • Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


 

Desire Qualifications:

  • 6+ months, Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, in Home lending.
  • Comprehensive understanding of change control process and adherence requirements.
  • Experience in project management activities
  • Perform timely closure of change related activities on change records submitted to HL Change Control Center for validation of required data points and identify errors or missing requirements.
  • Review answers to risk & attribute questions for each individual change and ensure answers are complete, accurate, and clear based on the change information entered.
  • Communicate clearly through written communication the actions needed from change owners to resolve data points that do not meet the policy requirements.
  • Act as subject matter expert to change control users on the awaiting preliminary assessment stage of the change control procedure.
  • Perform document validation of artifacts and properly archive for long-term retention.
  • Work closely with other change control user roles (operational risk consultant, change owners) on process adherence opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Change owners to carry out business change. 
  • Lead end-to-end activities for User readiness team
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned Change projects
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, knowledge of Change control center and Business Execution, and understanding of Change management methodology
  • Work independently to ensure closure on all change related activities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
