About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to join a growing Marketing Platforms team. The role aligns to the Marketing Services and will support the overall leadership effort to build and enhance the enterprise marketing integrated suite of campaign management platforms and related list execution capabilities used in targeted marketing efforts. This integrated suite of individual technologies is a highly complex, highly visible, and major bank investment, supporting marketing execution for multiple lines of business.

In this role, you will:

  • This Operational Support Consultant will provide support for Agile operations, processes, procedures, controls & release management
  • Manage multiple product spaces and content in Teams, Confluence and SharePoint
  • Maintain roadmaps, processes and procedures
  • Assist with product operations (Program Increment Planning, Agile Ceremonies, Jira administration, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Project Management in Marketing Technology
  • Candidates should have some familiarity or have worked in an Agile environment
  • Knowledge on tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Prefer candidates with a background in financial services & marketing
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness and aptitude for learning with a strong drive for continuous improvement
  • Organized and experience working in a structured environment
