In this role, you will:
- Support performance and overall effectiveness of Credit teams and external clients, as well as cross-group administrative operations
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Loan Servicing functional area
- Perform or guide others on complex loan related servicing activities that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
- Prioritize work and provide day to day work leadership and mentorship to Credit teams
- Working and presenting Weekly Pipeline Management Reports, Monthly Individual Performance reports, Quality Reports, Daily volume – Percentage reports, Process flow charts, Process working Job Aids.
- Performing Audit and compliance check of all the UCC filings and follow up with agents and customers through emails and notices and make sure borrower is meeting guidelines.
- Pipeline Management – Manage and Monitor Pipeline high volumes of the team.
- Driving calls with onshore team members and management level leaders
- Conducting Error Analysis and refresher sessions for the team members after Auditing the Sample work items.
- Conducting Audit/QA activity in the process
- Performing follow up with agents and customers through emails and notices and make sure borrower is meeting guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Working Experience in – UCC End to end business.
- Collateral Management - Experience in working on Collaterals across – Equipment Finance business, Commercial Capital Business, Distribution finance Business.
- Domain Knowledge across all below Forms of UCC:
- UCC1 – UCC 1 Original filing
- UCC1 – UCC1 Historical Filing
- UCC3 – UCC3 Continuation
- UCC3 – UCC3 Termination
- UCC3 – UCC3 Amendments & Assignments
- Cross Functions: Worked or supported Wholesale - Centralized UCC, Real Estate Record Management, Security Interest, Lien Services.
- Experience of working in UCC domain with core know on preparation of Security Interest Letters, Subordination Letters, UCC Filings
