About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant- EMEA Regulatory Reporting
In this role, you will:
- Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
- Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Essential Qualifications
- University degree/Post graduation in Business /Accounts/Economics/Stats.
- Experience or knowledge in financial services
- possess a proven ability to work in creating efficient and effective processes and controls with a goal to minimize systemic and systematic risks.
- The individual will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum of 6months experience in financial services; experience with end-to-end, front-to-back Change Management within Capital Markets is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills and business writing skills including the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Experience documenting Testing Strategies, coordinating testing efforts across multiple platforms and business functions, capturing and documentation of UAT results, creation of test scripts and managing the pass/fail process of all test procedures.
- Ability to interface between the business and technology teams, work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders in IT, Operations, Product Control and the Business.
- Ability to understand problems, identify solutions and develop clear options and recommendations
- Experience with both waterfall and agile approaches to project delivery
- Ability to identify strategic opportunities and make specific recommendations
- Ability to identify inefficient and/or ineffective processes and provide solution options
- Aptitude to structure multiple tasks and work in an organized manner under pressure and time constraints
- Flexibility to manage multiple distinct work streams simultaneously.
