Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo’s more than 70 million global customers.
This role will be responsible for working with our business capabilities team to develop and maintain a workflow & rules engine roadmap. The product manager will liaise with technology management, architecture and enterprise partners to determine capabilities needed and when they can be delivered. It is expected the candidate will continuously keep up with market trends and make recommendations to roadmap and approach leveraging external market perspective.
Other Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years hands on work with workflow and orchestration technologies
- 3+ years hands on work with rules engines
- Hands on experience with JBPM and other similar light-weight orchestration technologies
- Hands on experience with Drools rules engine
- Good understanding of market trends
- Exceptional analytical and communicative skills
- Strong strategy mindset & proven ability to work cross functionally
- Experience with Management Consulting
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
NC-Charlotte: Min: $86,800 Mid: $124,000
NC-Charlotte: 401 S Tryon St - Charlotte, NC
