About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant within our Enterprise Analytics & Data Science Team! The Enterprise Analytics & Data Science Team (EADS)  delivers cross-business analytic products and solutions, provides services to enable the Analytic community, and manages analytic capabilities, environments, and standards.

The Metric Engagement Lead will be responsible for consulting with client groups across the CAO to identify, define and lead the development of metrics that help our team run the Chief Administrative Office like a business.

In this role you will:

  • Work proactively with CAO teams to identify measurement needs and opportunities
  • Coordinate with business team customers and SMEs to define work scope, delivery timelines, and engagement routines
  • Lead a small virtual pod of BI and analytic SMEs to define and operationalize metrics that advance the way metrics are used, including integration with management routines and determination of dashboard strategy/architecture
  • Manage work engagements across analysis, prototyping, integration and post-implementation support

In this role you will also:

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group


Required Qualifications, US:

  • 5+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education



Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous management consulting experience
  • Analytics and analytic management experience
  • Operations/ business management subject matter expertise
  • Experience developing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) solutions with an operations focus
  • Product management / agile experience
