Market Job Description


Responsibilities

include:

  • Facilitate data entry related to SHRP Data Quality Remediation functions for controls in the system of record, SHRP Centralized Control Repository.

  • Leverage SHRP exception reporting to ensure accuracy and adherences to policy and standards

  • Manage timely (weekly) and accurate SHRP Data Quality status reporting to ensure compliance with data integrity requirements

  • Manage documentation for program including process documentation, procedures, and templates

  • Participate in meetings to ensure SHRP Data Quality governance activities are managed appropriately within expectations

  • Engagement with business facing SHRP Data Quality Remediation team, compliance officers, SHRP Super Users as needed

  • May provide system upgrade/release UAT support


Desired Qualifications


• Knowledge of business operations / processes and systems
• Intermediate to Advanced experience with the Shared Risk Platform (SHRP) Governance and Business profile management modules
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to translate ambiguous ideas/issues into well-defined plans/solutions with a track record for delivering results
• Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
• Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
• Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
• BS/BA degree or higher

• Basic knowledge of Major requirements evaluations, controls and associated methodologies
• 1+ year working and/or edit experience in SHRP Compliance Management/Issue Management
• Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
• Strong skills in coordinating across many business lines and working in an environment with multiple systems and processes
• Experience cultivating relationships and collaborating with business partners, legal, compliance
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines despite competing priorities
• Audit or compliance related certification such as the CPA, CIA, CRCM, etc.
• Experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk, and Testing
• Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills
• Experience in Quality Assurance
• Strong attention to detail
