Market Job Description


Key responsibilities include:
• Act as subject matter expert regarding WF Compliance Business Specific Controls standards
• Perform quality review of the business specific controls to validate standards are met
• Provide guidance on evaluating the adequacy of control design and control performance documentation
• Maintaining accuracy reporting of assigned and completed quality reviews
• Coordinate with business aligned compliance officers on the quality review results and expected remediation actions
• Liaise with SHRP Super User and Business Profile Management Module team
• Develop and maintain relationships with business aligned compliance officers and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in risk (includes compliance, financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT systems security, business process management demonstrated through work or military) or 1+ year in the foregoing or financial services industry and a BS/BA degree or higher in business or a related field .

Desired Qualifications


• Knowledge of business operations / processes and systems
• Intermediate to Advanced experience with the Shared Risk Platform (SHRP) Governance and Business profile management modules
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to translate ambiguous ideas/issues into well-defined plans/solutions with a track record for delivering results
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization



Market Skills and Certifications


Other Desired
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and apply prudent risk management principles
• Ability to provide thoughtful credible challenge to internal partners
• Basic knowledge of Major requirements evaluations, controls and associated methodologies
• 1+ year working and/or edit experience in SHRP Compliance Management/Issue Management
• Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
• Strong skills in coordinating across many business lines and working in an environment with multiple systems and processes
• Experience cultivating relationships and collaborating with business partners, legal, compliance
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines despite competing priorities
• Audit or compliance related certification such as the CPA, CIA, CRCM, etc.
• Experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk, and Testing
• Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills
• Experience in Quality Assurance
