Responsibilities

About the Role:
This position would be part of the team that assists in the design of Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) solutions on GRC platforms. The candidate would work closely with the business and development teams to design solutions and develop use cases for ISRM. The candidate would drive Proof of Concept sessions with the business. The candidate would evaluate technical feasibility of the business requirements and recommend alternative solutions and provide pros vs. cons analysis of design alternatives. The candidate must also be able to recommend GRC best practices. The candidate would work with the business and the technology teams to maintain and manage changes on the platform and to manage continuous improvements.  

Responsibilities:

Review business requirements developed for Information Security Risk Management solutions and clarify questions, if any. Prototype solutions on RSA Archer to demonstrate proof of concept Evaluate technical feasibility of business requirements and propose design alternatives and pros and cons analysis Recommend GRC technical and functional best practices as part of the solution  design Develop technical use cases based on the business requirements, to be consumed by the development team. Clarify any queries, if any on the use cases developed. Drive use case review sessions and meetings Configure the solution based on use cases defined Work with business to track and manage changes and updates to use cases Perform Unit testing and involve in developing automation of test cases. Triage & resolve defects identified

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher. Overall, 8+ years’ experience At least 5+ years of experience in architecting, designing and configuring GRC solutions on RSA Archer. In-depth experience of Information Security Risk Management processes and frameworks Good technical and functional understanding of OOB solutions in Archer like Policy and Compliance Management, Information Security Risk Management, Operational Risk Management etc. Automation of test cases using Selenium Strong time management skills with ability to participate in multiple assigned tasks. Strong collaboration and written/verbal communication skills. Excellent Analytical skills

Desired Qualifications:

Full time Graduate. Understanding of SDLC processes (Like Waterfall and Agile) Prior Experience in Consulting or Banking companies Exposure of interacting with business/clients as part of requirements analysis and design Analytical thinker who is able to solve problems. Archer certified Administrator
