About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant - Multi-Site Critical Facilities Consultant to support the critical facilities properties group by managing a portfolio of projects through all phases of efforts, specific to non-project Asset Preservation Project work.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide support of business requirements as a facility liaison between internal customers and vendors.

  • Provide efficient delivery of all property and portfolio management services by applying preferred operational service standards, effective asset preservation planning and work effort execution.

  • Manage a portfolio of APP work efforts through all phases of approval, implementation and closure including budgets and schedules.

  • Provide technical skill regarding work effort scope and expectations and effectively analyze floor plans/specs to identify risks.

  • Coordinate vendors and develop, negotiate and award related contracts to external vendors.

  • Submit appropriate POs for Business Initiatives Manager (BIM) approval.

  • Track and report work effort tasks and manage project status (including updates in system of record as necessary).

  • Report monthly on health of each work effort by effectively communicating with internal team, stakeholders and customers.

  • Maintain effective communications with internal customers, construction project team and management and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as government and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 2+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of properties management experience, construction project management experience, or a combination of both.

  • 2+ years of data center experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of data center: critical facilities systems: electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems

  • 2+ years of experience with data center space planning including power and airflow optimization

  • Experience overseeing designs of large-scale data center/mission critical environments

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of maintaining and updating SharePoint team web content

  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability

  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of customers, team members and management

  • Ability to identify and assess issues then make sound decisions

  • Experience in facility management in the banking industry.

  • Experience in critical equipment (UPS, Generators, HVAC and electrical distribution).

  • Experience in Wells Fargo systems of record is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Wells Fargo CPG Critical Facilities processes and procedures.
