In these roles, you may:

Commercial Banking:

Data, Transformation, and Sales Enablement – Lending Transformation Group (Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Dallas, TX, Phoenix AZ; San Francisco, CA). This group is further divided into three domains (Loan Delivery, Loan Accounting & Document Lifecycle Management) that partner seamlessly to drive an improved experience for our customers and team members throughout the customer lifecycle, in support of front-to-back digitization of core processes.  This Business Execution role within the Lending Transformation program will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, including integrating and implementing with cross-functional business partners, tracking and evaluating performance, and ensuring plans and programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations. 

Role Specific Qualifications:

  • Experience leading large, complex wholesale and/or regulatory initiatives
  • Demonstrated strength delivering effective solutions from concept to execution
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies

Data Strategy & Enablement (Charlotte, NC) The Business Execution role collaborates with Commercial Bank business groups and Technology partners to help ensure business needs are being met by the technology being developed as well as helping to prioritize the work.  Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics. Collaborate and consult with leaders from both line of business groups and technology, summarizing key issues for them. 

Role Specific Qualifications

  • Ability to translate and summarize technology and business needs into understandable, actionable information and recommendations

Data and Transformation Team (Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN) This Business Execution role will work on high-profile transformation efforts. An area of focus for this position will be to outline and implement a robust information management strategy that will include designing and writing requirements for management reporting and dashboards to serve a broad range of end users and constituencies.    

Role Specific Qualifications

  • Experience with data, analytics, and reporting tools
  • Ability to take concept from Whiteboard to tangible
  • Ease and comfort in taking in the broad requirements across multiple constituencies and driving to the highest value items to deliver, with limited resources and time

Strategy, Digital & Innovation:

Digital Transformation Team (Charlotte, NC; New York, NY; Minneapolis, MN; Chandler, AZ; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA) The Business Execution role will help lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives for the Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking internet portals. Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance. Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations. Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives. Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.

Role Specific Qualifications

  • Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations
  • Ability to use analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product

Digital Artificial Intelligence (Charlotte, NC; New York, NY) The Business Execution role acts as an advisor to leadership to drive performance & initiatives and develop & implement information delivery to key stakeholders and more experienced management. Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions. Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational. Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans. Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership. Provide direction to cross functional team using business expertise.

Role Specific Qualifications

  • Experience in or strong passion for Artificial Intelligence
  • Experience in road mapping, planning, strategy planning and readiness for new product launches

Technology:

Enterprise Functions Technology – Remediation Management (Des Moines, IA; Minneapolis, MN; Phoenix, AZ; Dallas, TX; St Louis, MO; Concord, CA; Palo Alto, CA; San Leandro, CA; Fremont, CA; San Francisco, CA) This Tech Business Systems Consultant sits on a team that works across all channels for EFT, managing remediation issues for larger enterprise issues and coordination of those initiatives. They will lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems.  Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements. Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems. Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions. Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes.

Role Specific Qualifications

  • Remediation experience
  • Experience working in Jira
  • Agile Methodology experience
  • Ability to collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables

Enterprise Functions Technology – Service Management Team (New York, NY; Minneapolis, MN; Chandler, AZ; Raleigh, NC; Chicago, IL) This Tech Business Systems Consultant role sits in the resiliency space- business continuity for Technology.  They will lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems. Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and solve for current and potential technology events. Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems. Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions. Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes. Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables. Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams. 

Role Specific Qualifications

  • Experience in strategy development
  • Ability to liaison between technical teams and line of business leaders
  • Experience in business resiliency
  • Business Continuity Planning experience

Additional qualifications for all roles listed:

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of work experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Rejoining the workforce after taking a current career break of 2+ years
  • 7+ years of prior professional Project Leadership experience within IT
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to present to decision makers in a professional and confident manner
  • Ability to analyze multiple complex initiatives in various stages to identify dependencies and risks and to formulate recommendations for leaders and stakeholders
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with multiple stakeholder groups including line of business, operations, technology, and external service providers

Job Expectations:

  • Must be able to attend full duration of 8-week internship program working hybrid in office a minimum of 3 days per week from September 12- November 4 with an anticipated promotion for those successful in internship to full-time roles the week of November 7
