Enterprise Finance & Information Technology offers technology and services that exceed Wells Fargo customers’ expectations and directly enable them to succeed financially. Provides technical consultation and support in the development of Netcool Solutions. Analyzes business requirements, designs, and writes technical specifications to design or redesign solutions to meet monitoring requirements. Assist junior members of the team with complex monitoring development. Responsible for leading analysis on existing platforms and future changes and/or upgrades. Participates in overall systems testing and will oversee the testing of new functionality within the network performance application suites.  Will participate in the migration of applications and configurations to production, following all enterprise change management procedures through Remedy system. Develop new documentation, participates in the development of department technical procedures, and designs user guides, playbooks, and other rollout-based documentation for applications providing the various services. Serve as an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting to the PMT-Production Support team as a Level 2 escalation resource.  May participate as a technical leader within projects, including ownership of tasks, and may involve direction and guidance to less experienced staff.  May assist with ensuring security and compliance requirements for PMT applications, and participate in exercises of the business continuation plan for network management and monitoring applications.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of operating systems analysis experience, operating systems engineering experience, or a combination of both
  • 5+ years of experience with Netcool/Impact
  • 7+ years of experience with IBM Tivoli Netcool
  • 4+ years of experience with TBSM (Tivoli Business Service Manager) WebGui

  • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment

  • Ability to coordinate, lead and facilitate group meetings
  • 2+ years of leadership experience



Job Expectations

  • Ability to work on call as assigned
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
