About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Blockchain Innovation, Product Managers,

Digital Asset Center of Excellence, in Strategy, Digital, and Innovation, sets strategic direction for Wells Fargo's deployment and commercialization of blockchain solutions.  This senior product management position will be responsible for blockchain product development of solutions in targeted areas across capital markets and global payment.  Ownership is end to end, from solution design to commercial delivery.  This role partners with leaders and key stakeholders to conduct strategic discovery and opportunity analysis in support of identifying and implementing key initiatives. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at #GrowWithSDI

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide the voice and direction of specific blockchain solutions across the enterprise
  • Communicate strategically and effectively with a variety of stakeholders including, senior leaders in lines of business, SMEs in LOB product management, architecture and software development, and business/technology/operational risk management.
  • Provide leadership in the integration/implementation of new initiatives with cross functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other Innovation and R&D leads to explore innovative new solutions using a variety of emerging technologies for all use cases and areas of focus.
  • Bring promising emerging blockchain solutions and business models to lines of business for consideration and exploration
  • Ensure clear value and delivery timelines are communicated and executed upon in commercialization efforts.

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment
  • Experience successfully collaborating with others in a change driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives
  • Experience communicating in both written and verbal formats with senior executive-level leaders
  • Regulatory experience is a plus
  • 6+ years of financial industry experience
  • Familiarity with an agile environment, with distributed teams and agile delivery tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Regulatory experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience with complex banking products that require understanding of underlying platform functionality, transaction processing flows, data transmission technology, and/or new business services.
  • Experience leading a program of work across multiple teams through the full product development cycle (discovery, concepts, prototypes, specs, business and testing requirements, etc.)
  • Demonstrated product delivery experience commercializing new business opportunities from concept to reality, with an emphasis on innovation and simplified operational processes
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and risk environment a plus
  • A strong aptitude for emerging technologies and Blockchain/ DLT( Distributed Ledger Technology)-specific industry trends

Pay Range

$120,400.00 - $250,000.00 Annual
