Wells Fargo is seeking a ServiceNow Intake, Demand and Portfolio Lead for the ServiceNow Platform Team as a part of the Enterprise Functions Technology Group within Wells Fargo Technology . Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .

The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.

As a member of the ServiceNow Platform Team, this role will leadthe intake, demand, and portfolio process for new ServiceNow projects/productsthrough the portfolio governance process, inclusive of projects and broader strategy initiatives that align to portfolio roadmaps, partnering with the multiple product/project team.

In this role, you will:

  • Define and own the Intake, Demand and Portfolio Processes.

  • Manage day to day demand management

  • Enhance initial demand requests, , reviews and analyzes Demand from business stakeholders

  • Be responsible for the demand assessment process to prioritize and approve demands

  • Facilitate and manage Platform Governance including portfolio governance team

  • Define single intake process working with the other ServiceNow Product and Project teams

  • Be accountable for creating, sustaining, and improving a intake, demand and portfolio processes, as well as, being responsible for the outcomes of the processes

  • Host a regular Demand review session to evaluate current Demands

  • Facilitate decision-making from business and Product Owners to address organizational needs; shapes organizational demand by balancing priorities with existing resources & capabilities.

  • Manage and maintain portfolio and current “book of work” for senior leadership reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or additional related experience in lieu of degree

  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills

  • Experience in Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid methodologies

Desired Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow IT Business Management / Strategic Portfolio Management experience

  • PMP Certification

  • Agile Certification
