Team Administrator

Wells Fargo International in Dublin has an opportunity for a proactive team administrator with excellent data and reporting skills and a great work ethic to join the team on a fixed term basis for six months.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Responsible for production of periodic and ad hoc reporting, from data extraction through to report production and all ongoing tasks associated with such reporting.
  • Documentation ordering.
  • Assist in the KYC process.
  • Customer research.
  • Data Entry.
  • Arrange travel and expenses via the Concur system.
  • Clean up/maintenance of online customer folders.
  • Monitor/take action on pending/past due deadlines on related tasks.
  • Take ownership of internal processes and provide regular updates to managers.
  • Provide coverage and additional support to Relationship Associate Team where necessary
  • Coordinates and completes significant projects independently or in cooperation with other groups as directed.
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as directed by line manager.

(Note: In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required)
 To be considered for the role:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Extremely well organized with ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Must be able to multi task and work to tight deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to details.
