Apps Systems Engineer 4

Job ID 22327BR Location Hyderabad, India;
Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management
Support deployments and issues troubleshooting in all environments
Is responsible for providing technology support in application maintenance and support
May lead in the resolution of basic and complex issues (i.e. provide first and second level support), escalates as needed to meet established service level agreements , wherever needed
As an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems.
Is responsible for updating the ticket logs, reports (lBatch Status Reports, Defect Trackers etc) wherever needed
Closely works and assists Senior team members in handling schedled/unscheduled issues like - outages, defects fixing etc
Proactively monitors the system health and alerts and assures high levels of stability, reliability, availability of production environment
Work on Process Documentation or updating the Standard Operating Procedures and demonstrate ownership for the respective assigned modules
Is responsible to write queries or code to extract data and/or validate data loads
Demonstrate understanding of BCP, quality, security and compliance requirements for supported areas.
Participates in the EACO Calls / meetings with the Sr Technology Team Members or business users or customers, sometimes may take lead in this effort
Propose and implement automations, process improvements (technical/non-technical)
Effectively collaborate with the ETS CoE partners (ESQA, DBA, Cloud and Architecture) in the effective resolution of a given problem and deliver on time

1Clear demonstration of technical expertise in the relevant technology area ; ability to independently deliver and mentor less experienced staff

"Technical Skills: Java, Spring, Hibernate
Knowledge in Scheduling tools like  Autosys,
Knowledge on any monitoring tools like ITRS, App Dynamics or Splunk;
Knowledge in any of the DB [Oracle preferred]
