HRS function is associated in partnership with all the Centre of Excellence HR functions to consistently deliver efficient and effective services such as on-boarding, resolving queries, probations, providing metrics and supporting the HR Consultants with their client groups. Responsible for the People Soft system of records and the Team Member personnel files. Responsible for all the time away procedures for each country in accordance with the Regulations and WF policies. Liaise with Immigration and Global Mobility Team to ensure smooth and seamless transition of Expats and visa sponsored TM’s.

TheHRS team has a new opportunity for an experiencedHROperations / Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis for six months based in America Square, London.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Respond in a timely and appropriate manner to HR questions and queries received in person, by phone & to the EMEA HR Inbox.
  • Advising and implementing policies to team members as well as managers.
  • Responsible for creating and updating the HR specialist processes and procedures to manage control & standardise the HR administration activities for the region and provide consistent HR services.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to manage the on-boarding of new team members once the recruitment has completed.
  • Provide information to Benefits and Payroll teams to ensure that joiners’ and leavers’ details and contract amendments are advised to Benefits and Payroll in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain the HR database (PeopleSoft), ensuring that EMEA Region data is kept up to date at all times; work with US Corporate HRDA as appropriate to manage changes / update PeopleSoft.
  • Prepare HR metric, reports and HR related documents for reporting and analysis as needed.
  • Work closely with the other EMEA Region business support teams to ensure accuracy of HR data and sharing of information as needed i.e. with Operational Risk, Compliance, IT, Finance.
  • Manage the probation period reviews with line managers; track and report on new joiner probationary periods, issue end of probation letters.
  • Create and maintain the employee files (paper & electronic as required) & ensure all documentation (i.e. job descriptions, offer letters, data protection) is saved & complete; archive files as appropriate.
  • Align with the respective HR business Partners in regard to their client group.
  • Assist the Global Relocation team with Expatriate relocation administration and queries & other international transfers.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Good verbal and written English skills.
  • Analysing ability.
