About the Role



(Internally know as Implementation Associate 2)

This role is a member of the Studio and Operations team within Wells Fargo’s in-house agency (IHA). This role reports to the Project Management Manager. The Project Management team is responsible for managing IHA projects. This role is important in establishing and meeting client expectations by delivering high quality projects on time. Specific duties of this role include the following:

Responsibilities

  • Partners with LOBs and Studio partners to define and intake projects, and ensure all team members acquire a thorough understanding of the project’s components and the production requirements.
  • Implements project management process to effectively plan and manage project timelines.
  • Assigns tasks and schedules deadlines for each step of a project through completion.
  • Negotiates timing with partners, troubleshoots scheduling issues, and implements changes.
  • Proactively and successfully reconciles competing project priorities against business/LOB priorities.
  • Works in project management system to facilitate progress and ensure schedules are maintained.
  • Maintains and develops effective working relationships and communication with LOB partners.

Market Skills and Certifications


Essential Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year bachelor’s program preferably in marketing, digital media and arts
  • Interested candidates must have at least 3+ years of marketing/agency experience, with 3+ years of project management experience
  • With 1-2+ years of Digital Marketing project management, implementation experience
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple schedules with changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, including collaboration and conflict resolution with team, peers, and partners.
  • Experience in various marketing channels, including print, direct mail, web, and digital media.
  • Candidates must be willing to work in night shift
  • Work location: McKinley Hill, BGC, Taguig City
