About the Department
Small Business Lending is the division within Wells Fargo that provides a full range of credit products to small businesses, including lines of credit, business credit cards, loans, and commercial real estate secured lines and loans. Small Business Lending Operations is the engine that drives the application processing and product handling.

They input applications from various channels such as branch, online, phone and direct mail. They make business credit decisions. They verify address and business ownership. They answer questions from business owners and bankers regarding existing business credit applications and accounts, including maintenance requests. They educate customers on handling their accounts to prevent delinquency and negative actions. They recover losses for accounts that have charged off.

About the Role
Internally known as Customer Service Representative 3, the role is responsible in providing assistance to business bankers, guarantors and business owners regarding their loan applications.


  • Responding to inquiries and complaints on more complex products/services and/or from premier customers
  • Resolving complex inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers and upon escalation;
  • Processing complex transactions on-line;
  • Performing extensive research to resolve the complex customer problems;

Market Skills and Certifications

  • Completed at least 2nd year college
  • At least 4 years of BPO- contact center experience
  • At least 1 year financial- customer service experience
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules in McKinley Hill, Taguig
