As Wells Fargo Technology embarks on a strategic transformation journey, this is an exciting time to join our team! We are seeking energetic individuals eager to further develop their careers in technology, while learning the business and and the  nature of work performed in the assigned area(s). 

In this role, team members manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure; install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools, while ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. You will also maintain security back-up, and redundancy strategies; in addition to writing and maintaining custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks. 

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Participating in the design of information and operational support systems. 
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Systems and liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. •Understands compliance and risk management requirements for supported system area. 
  • May assign tasks and/or project resources; provides work direction and monitors work progress and adherence to technical process controls/standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of systems support analysis experience demonstrated through work or military experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in managed services as demonstrated through work, military, or education



Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization; including management
  • Strong team or technical leadership experience
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology support: systems support analysis
  • Experience creating and executing test scripts



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Applicants that are attendees and/or participants of the GHC 2021 event or associated with affiliates of AnitaB.org
  • Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
  • Knowledge and understanding of application monitoring and system alert tools, etc. 
  • Web systems administration experience 


Job Expectations

  • Ability to work on call as assigned
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment
