About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Lease and Loan Closing Representative for a fixed term contract of 18 months. The role is based in Mississauga.
In this role, you will:
Review lease and loan documentation that may include documents purchased from third party sources
Review pre-close documents for commercial leases and loans
Ensure the perfection of a security interest in collateral
Seek ways to improve aspects of loan closing and process's
Review lease and loan documents
Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
Review legal documentation, evaluate risks, devise strategies to mitigate documentation risk and identify procedural modifications
Interact with immediate team and Commercial Loan Closing group as well as Interact with internal customers
2+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
Working knowledge of perfection of personal property (PPSA/RDPRM)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
High skillset for attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and continually meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills-interpersonal, verbal, and written, organizational and problem solving skills
Bilingual (French - written and oral) would be beneficial
