Wells Fargo Equipment Finance (WFEF) is a provider of commercial/corporate leasing and financing products. Equipment Finance reaches small, middle-market and large corporate companies with equipment needs and provides term loans, equipment leases, vendor finance programs and manufacturer finance programs.
This role will report to the Wells Fargo Equipment Finance (WFEF) Canada Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), and will be responsible for the following:
- Lead the strategic integration of the WFEF Canada, business processes reviews, data quality, and information technology integration; manage the transformational build-out to integrate legacy GE and legacy WF systems and processes.
- Collaborate and coordinate with WFEF Canada and WFEF senior leaders and all other key stakeholders to drive analysis and execution of initiatives.
- Seek opportunities to realize cost savings, identify platform scalability or re-engineering opportunities, support both internal and external (regulatory) requirements, and improve team member and client experience.
- Manage conflicting priorities and develop approach to support both the ‘run the bank’ and ‘change the bank’ initiatives.
