Commercial Mortgage Servicing (CMS) is the industry leader and provider of real estate loan servicing in the United States, with global locations in India. CMS provides the best in class mortgage servicing for a variety of third party customers and stakeholders, including Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS), Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS), US Government-Sponsored Entities (GSE), US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Interim Lenders, Specialized Warehouse Lenders, and Secondary-Market Lenders. CMS also provides loan and portfolio level asset management for SRE/Real Estate Capital markets (RECM) balance sheet loans and loan and facility level asset management for Commercial Mortgage Loan Finance (CMLF). Services include: payment and escrow processing, cash and treasury management, asset management and surveillance - loan covenants, borrower consent requests, and investor reporting and collateral administration.
The FHA Construction Senior Analyst is responsible for a variety of functions associated with overseeing construction loans process through Final Close, and processing the GNMA Construction Loan (CL), Permanent Loan (PN), Loan Modifications (LM) Security delivery for the FHA Multifamily platform.
Key duties include managing the flow of the construction process, performing customer, loan and regulatory diligence; ensuring compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements; review/approve construction draw requests, monitor/manage loan extension fees, and initiate/complete Final Close. They will also review and prepare loan documents, funding memos, settlement statement and ensure successful delivery of loan, pool certification, and GNMA security funding. The FHA Construction Senior Analyst is also the escalation point for all matters related to the FHA construction loan process and will provide guidance and training to other team members.

Other Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with FHA Construction and security delivery
- Familiarity with GNMA MFPDM
