Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company’s financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company’s shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.

Responsible for the operational continuity and preservation of all company owned, leased or managed leased real estate within a moderate-scale and complex portfolio.  Represents company interests with internal customers, vendors, landlords and external tenants.  Negotiates building service agreements, project terms and conditions as well as interprets and implements certain lease terms and conditions.  In partnership with other divisional service delivery partners, responsible for the efficient delivery of all property and portfolio management services by applying preferred operational service standards, effective asset preservation planning and work effort execution, and leading resources both internal and external on effective real estate service solutions.  Develops, leads and implements plans within the portfolio in support of occupancy and operational strategies.  Recommends portfolio strategies and contributes to, recommends, and supports overall business strategies and initiatives.  

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of corporate property management experience, facilities management experience, or a combination of both
  • 4+ years of leadership experience

Desired Qualifications

  • A BS/BA degree or higher in construction or real estate
  • Budget management experience
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP)

Other Desired Qualifications
  • In depth knowledge of building and facilities management service delivery practices
  • A strong focus and passion on establishing effective partner and customer experiences
  • Proficiency in financial and real estate operations performance metrics
  • Good working knowledge of building operations technology (BMS, MEP, etc.)
  • Good working knowledge of space optimization and occupancy utilization practices
  • Financial institution general office occupant business experience
  • High degree of passion for efficiency, ethics and customer service
  • Ability to bring a diverse team together towards a common goal
  • CPM/RPA/FMA designation or candidacy preferred but not required
  • Property Management experience, managing in a multi-location office environment and/or managing properties within the financial services industry

Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
