Operations Coordinator - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

This role will be primarily responsible for the day to day processing of manual invoices received from CDF customers across Australia and New Zealand as well as other Operations duties as required, such as investigations, managing workflow queues. To liaise directly with customers, both internal and external, to resolve general Operations queries efficiently.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES)
  • Processing invoices received from customers each day with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ensuring payments are issued to Customers per expectation
  • Processing various requests including cash allocation, Transfer of Stock, Credit Notes, account investigations.
  • Answering inbound calls from both internal and external customers
  • Provide support to other roles within Operations as required

Market Skills and Certifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience gained within Commercial Lending
  • Experience of working within an Operations Team preferred
  • Proficient in using operating systems, ideally AIMS
  • Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and with minimal supervision
