The CLG team includes Home Lending, Personal Loans and Lines, Direct Auto, Dealer Services, Commercial Auto, Retail Services and Education Financial Services including the professional services teams that partner with these businesses and other key partners.

Our Dealer Services team supports one of the nation's leading auto lenders. The team offers integrated financial services solutions designed primarily for the auto dealer community, providing financing and related services to both dealers and consumers nationwide.

Primarily responsible for servicing outbound and inbound collection calls related to Automobile Loans, while maintaining good customer relations with the borrower.

  • Exhibits exemplary customer service while initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers
  • Conducts conversations with customers regarding resolution of delinquency and education of contractual terms and obligations
  • Verifies customer personal contact information and accurately documents customer conversation into collection system
  • Researches account payment histories, collateral protection insurance and misapplied payments
  • Accurately quotes account payoffs and escalate customer calls to Early Stage Collection Management when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Business Hours: Mon-Thurs (7am-9 pm), Fri (7am- 6pm) and Saturday (7 am-1 pm). Required 2 nights and every other Saturday. *Hours subject to change based on business needs.



Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: collections, customer contact, customer service, or sales environment



Desired Qualifications

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 1+ year of call center experience



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Ability to maintain professional etiquette under pressure
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Ability to negotiate, influences, and collaborate to build successful relationships
