About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Critical Facilities Associate Manager to develop, direct and manage all aspects of the Critical Facilities group maintenance program for its designated facility. This role will lead and manage a Service Technician team and will be responsible for 100% availability in the assigned portfolio while remaining compliant with all Wells Fargo CF change management
In this role, you will:
- Manage all aspects of a regional maintenance program to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance
- Establish consistent procedures to assure safe, cost effective, and efficient operation of the region's real estate assets and facilities
- Manage related contractual agreements
- Make daily decisions and resolve issues related to daily facility operations
- Manage selection and development of staff
- Collaborate with regional property manager and consult with direct reports
- Interact with property tenants
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources in Critical Facilities
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
- Provide flexibility to work at all times (7X24x365).
Required Qualifications, US:
6+ years’ experience in office building, operations center or similar property maintenance and operations with primary focus on critical building systems (MEP, building automations, life/safety, etc.), environments and infrastructure or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of leadership experience in Data Center Operations
2+ years of change management experience or Change management certification
Completion of a 4 year technical apprenticeship program accreditation or military equivalent.
Data Center Experience
Knowledge and understanding of Data Center: critical facilities systems: electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
Experience researching, developing, writing, and editing operational procedures and documents (SOP, MOP, EOP)
Knowledge and understanding of technical writing
Demonstrate a proficiency in understanding and interpreting facility blue prints as well as electrical and mechanical single line drawings.
Demonstrate a proficiency in Microsoft Office, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, Energy Management Systems, and Building Monitoring Systems and demonstrate the ability to adapt and learn any technology related to building systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong negotiation and influencing skills, and proven leadership ability.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
