Our Retail Services team partners with retail merchants to issue private label credit cards to consumers for use at their store. It's one of the largest entry points for new households into Wells Fargo.

We work closely with borrowers to provide solutions for bringing accounts up-to-date. In this position, you will be responsible for taking inbound and placing outbound calls and must be able to sit for extended periods of time wearing a telephone headset.

Class starts February 6, 2017

  • Training: Paid training first 6 weeks Monday-Friday.
  • Training Hours: Monday- Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM (First three weeks) and 7:00AM-4:00PM (Final three weeks)


***Attendance is mandatory for training period***

Business Operating Hours are Monday thru Friday 7am - 9pm and Saturday and Sunday 7am - 4pm. You MUST be able to work ANY shift assigned during these regular business operating hours.

A typical schedule will most likely include one evening a week until 9:00pm and some component of a weekend day (Sat OR Sun) to start. You will have split days off: one day off during the week, one day off on the weekend.



Required Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience in one or a combination of the following: collections, customer contact, customer service, or sales environment; or an AA/AS degree or higher; or 2+ years of military service



Desired Qualifications

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
