The Strategic Execution & Operations (SEO) Office focuses on achieving quality performance across our businesses to enable the company to execute more effectively against our regulatory priorities and further drive our transformation.

This position is on the team that supports the Wells Fargo Business Process Management toolsets.  This candidate will work as a Business Support Consultant, acting as a liaison between our Business Process Management customers and the technology organization focusing on identifying, documenting and translating business requirements/demands into specifications or user stories for system change initiatives.  This may be accomplished by resolving questions, recommending changings, through authoring of requirements/users stories, design, reporting and analytics, quality management, and recommendations for and initiating system testing.  This candidate will work with impacted technical/system groups, testing groups, business groups and support groups to provide changes that are cost effective and meet business needs.  This position will also support application installation, maintenance and upgrades.  This candidate will be accountable for multiple projects at any given time, and will provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff.



Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning



Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to track and monitor project progress, identify project and process gaps, recommend controls and communicate progress to business leaders
  • Ability to quickly and accurately execute tactical deliverables
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
  • iGrafx, ProVision or other enterprise process modeling experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) methodology and modeling
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry



Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
